There are scammers who pose as professional companies in the field, send emails through the postal or electronic service which may include our logo, and request a prior payment to assign a fixed place or eventual evaluations.
Some scammers even create Internet pages stealing identities of legitimate companies to impersonate them or their customers.
At Five Star Customer Experience we do not send emails requesting payments to participate in recruitment processes, nor do we send checks or postal emails with our logo for any reason, nor do we make bank deposits requesting to return the funds to another person.
For no reason will we ask for your credit card details, passwords for banking services, or access data to your email or other confidential data.
It is possible that within a Mystery Shopper it is required to make a purchase or consumption in the evaluated establishment, which is normal practice; if that is the case, purchases are made in a clearly identified store.
If you have received information that invites you to conduct an evaluation, where the dynamics include banking, cashing checks, signing documents, or making payments to people or businesses that are not identifiable, avoid participating.
